this happened in 1999-2000 in Chicago.
I've been back to the school since then, but those kids are long gone. They told me that a teacher never forgets any of the kids from their first year of teaching full time. in my case it was true.
btw. I am dyslexic and did not even notice your mistake until you pointed it out
