when you finish nominating us for awards
if you happen to be near the airport in Rome, see if you can't locate my suitcase. It's green with wheels. It has lots of books from the UNC library that will be very expensive to replace. Also of note are the several changes of clothes enclosed within which I will require in order to prevent me from a) smelling horrible b)being naked or c) wearing my landlady's hand me downs. Other than that, Greece is fantastic.

I'm glad you're enjoying your time in Greece besides the missing laguage thing.. And you're lucky it's surprisingly cool weather for this time of year.
So, will your research involve island hoping?
it turns out I get sea sick very easily. I made one hop to Paros. the island was great. the hopping, not so much. I've got a few meetings in Athens, then I'll probably be out again (hopefully with more tame watters)
Yeah, weather has been unpredictable. Should be OK now though. Just make sure you have your tickets in advance since there have been several schedule changes lately.. Get Dramamine at the Pharmacy, never heard of emetoSTOP.. sounds emetic.. lol
BTW, tourist shops don't refund or accept returns, although if it's the same day and you have a receipt you can try to exchange the stuff you bought. Most other shops do accept returns on returnable items though.
Paros :) nice. Oh, and if you ever get your suitcase back, I bet there'll be green red and white stripes on it!
